About the role
Our customers are the businesses that depend on Kotao every day. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be their advocate — helping them get the most out of our platform, solving problems before they become issues, and making sure every business we serve feels supported.
What you will do
- Onboard new customers and ensure successful adoption of the platform
- Build strong relationships with key accounts and serve as their primary contact
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address potential issues
- Gather customer feedback and relay it to the product team
- Create help documentation, guides, and training materials
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
What we are looking for
- 2+ years of customer success or account management experience in SaaS
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Empathy for customers and a service-oriented mindset
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Experience with customer success tools and CRM systems
- Fluency in English and German
Nice to have
- Experience in hospitality, gastronomy, or retail
- Technical aptitude — ability to troubleshoot software issues
- Experience with onboarding and training programs
- Knowledge of payment processing workflows
- Experience at an early-stage company
