Product Manager

About the role
We are building an all-in-one platform for businesses, and we need a Product Manager who can prioritize ruthlessly, understand our customers deeply, and ship products that solve real problems. You will own the roadmap for key parts of our platform and work directly with engineering and design to bring it to life.
What you will do
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap for your area of the platform
- Conduct customer research — visit restaurants, retail stores, and hospitality businesses
- Write clear product specifications and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with engineering and design throughout the development cycle
- Analyze usage data and customer feedback to inform product decisions
What we are looking for
- 3+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
- Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision making
- Experience working closely with engineering teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Customer empathy and willingness to spend time in the field
Nice to have
- Experience in hospitality, gastronomy, or retail technology
- Technical background or ability to read code
- Experience with payment systems or fintech products
- German language skills
- Experience at an early-stage or self-funded company
